It is already difficult enough to trust our money at a physical bank, but online banking is another type of trust that users need to gain.
The main goal for the creator is building that trust.
Solution
Playing with money is not just an expression but a reminder of safety, comfort, and credibility in creating a finance tech app.
How might we make a safe, comfortable and credible onboarding experience?

Target Audience Identification
Revolut is an online banking app that allows easy and low-paid transactions while traveling. The goal is for the younger millennial audience to have easy, convenient, and budgeted transactions in their busy life. The 22-36 age group has just begun their financial journey or has a few accounts that stabilize their finances. I further researched the gender and number of customers to understand who prefers to have their finances online. The app focuses on the exchange/withdrawal of money, similar to a general bank, so I decided to check how many currencies are available. To conclude, their customer base is millennials needing to exchange/withdraw multiple currencies, which could mean that they have many friends and family around the world or travel a lot.
